We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Investment Books Store. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order:

Log in to your account and visit the order history section
Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a request for cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item(s) according to our return policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Returns must include all original accessories, free gifts, and documentation
The item must not be on our list of non-returnable items (see below)
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

eBooks and digital downloads
Gift cards
Magazines and periodicals
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items that have been personalized or custom-produced

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as sending an incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item. We will arrange for a return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
